October 31, 2015 at 6:54 PM
Oliver Canby said…Scratcher: Dream on. My comments were not deleted. This is my own blog for crying out loud.
Alan: Researchers and scientists are the same thing, and their work is definitely not useless. Was Einstein’s theory of relativity useless too? I haven’t brought my own problems upon myself; autism has. While a change in attitude can make one’s life improve somewhat, it is definitely not a fix all, and is not a substitute for a cure.

Where is that comment?

Anonymous #2 said…Here is another missing comment from the same part that was deleted;
“# Honest Advice: Neurodiversity has indeed harmed and killed people. Many autistic people needlessly died when they could’ve been curtailed with a wandering code, something that was opposed by neurodiversity.”
This is also now missing.

It is simple to (for example) go to Barbara Boxers website (www.boxer.Senate.gov) and see a record of EVERYTHING she has submitted. proposed, voted on, etc… There you can see what she has clearly NOT submitted to any committee. Congress has similar data online.

Alan said…Researchers are not scientists, as they do not possess the qualifications of scientists. Einstein was a scientist, not a researcher, and he came up with the theory of relativity through science. Autism is not the source of your problems. You are, as this ignorance of obviously deleted comments shows.
November 3, 2015 at 2:42 PM
Oliver Canby said…Ruby: I can still see the comments, so perhaps they were only deleted in Australia.
Alan: Researchers are absolutely scientists. Many websites, including Conservapedia, dispute Einstein’s theory of relativity as they believe that it encourages moral relativism.
I am not delusional, mad, or mentally ill, and it is extremely insulting for all of you to say so. My name is not Marcus Camby, as I have never played in the NBA. All of you need to back off, seriously.

Zexcoiler Kingbolt said…I don’t care about ‘pussy’ because
1. Damn, man, at least treat women with some respect. They don’t exist for you to insult them with sexist and sick epithets such as “pussy.” Nah, man, if you’re going to argue, at least stay classy.
2. Holy crap, dude, school is more important above all else.
3. Just because someone claims to be trustworthy, doesn’t mean it is. Concurrent with the RationalWiki site, you are a fuckstick, and those guys there, most of ’em have actual degrees in fields of science. CP editors? Nope, they’re fucking Creationist Republicans for God’s sake!
November 4, 2015 at 8:50 AM
Oliver Canby said…Anon: Fuck you. It takes one to know one.
Zexcoiler kingbolt: I am not mentally retarded. My IQ is 146, much higher than yours. Now to refute your other sentiments:
1. You are just jealous because you are still a virgin and will always be one.
2. School is only important for pretentious douchebags who think they know everything and like to brag about having degrees.
3. RationalWiki is a satirical website and should not be taken seriously.

Zexcoiler Kingbolt said…IQ tests have been proven to be mostly ineffective, so you can’t just claim to be intelligent through that sort of thing.
Why the fuck would I be jealous of a fatass in a basmenet drinking Mtn. Dew?
School IS important, so that I can get ahead and escape poverty, so I can support my family. Because, shit, Chemistry is a bitch, but I gotta do it and persevere. Looks like you gave up a long time ago.
No, RW is not satirical. We do use SPOV, not Wikipedia’s standard Neutral Point of View. Liberapedia and Encyclopedia Dramatica are satire, but RW isn’t because there is actual science behind the claims. Conservapedia? Uhh, they confused Einstein’s Theory of Relativity with “moral relativism.” Two terms that don’t have anything in common minus their similar spellings. Ouch. And Schlafly, the guy who owns the damn place? He misspells almost every. Fucking. Thing!
Hell, why not admit you’re an Intelligent Design propentist, or some damn homo- and xenophobe?
November 4, 2015 at 11:04 AM
Hunter said…Oliver Canby, there have been two comments deleted. This is absolutely true. Rational Wiki is not satirical. It tells the truth about people and organizations. Your precious Conservapedia doesn’t have a truthful thing to say about anyone or anything. Your lack of schooling is obvious, and that’s why you think it isn’t important. Kill yourself. You don’t have anything to live for. Or go back to school.

Hunter: You NEVER tell anyone to kill themselves. For that, you will be punished. I am going to murder you. Please tell me where you live so I can come saw your head off.
Zexcoiler Kingbolt: Oh man, you’re such an idiot, dude. First of all, way to assume. I’m not fat, I don’t live in a basement, and I don’t drink soda. RationalWiki is satirical by its own admission. It’s about as truthful as Stephen Glass. Are you seriously saying there’s “actual science” behind the claims that the men’s rights movement isn’t legitimate, or that misandry is a made up word? Andrew Schafly doesn’t misspell anything; he simply uses the American spellings and not the ridiculous British spellings that Wikipedia uses.

1. It takes an idiot to know an idiot.
2. Calm ya tits, it’s just a stereotype.
3. Yeah, we have a Mainspace and a Funspace. Funspace articles are satire.
4. I’m not talking about the American/Australian/British English. I’m talking about actual spelling mistakes. Such as the time Schlafly fucked up the CP logo and called it the Trusworthy Encyclopedia.

You just displayed contradiction so wide I can’t describe it. You don’t act your age. You’re behaving like a fucked up 10 year old. GROW UP!
November 4, 2015 at 10:59 PM
Oliver Canby said…Anon: No, you keep lying. I am behaving like a 23-year-old. Saying “it takes one to know one” is a simple fact. It is not childish or immature. It would be akin to saying, “the pot is calling the kettle black,” although since you’re a Democrat you’d probably find that to be racist.
Hunter: LMFAO. You’re not calling the police on me. If you did, they’d laugh at you and then maybe institutionalize you for being delusional. Even if they were stupid enough to take it seriously, the fact that you majorly provoked me would be a strong mitigating factor and I would get off scotch free.
Zexcoiler Kingbolt: I have read those articles before. Even if he does misspell words, that isn’t something to make fun of him for. Some people genuinely have dyslexia, which is a serious disease just like autism is.

They aren’t. A researcher is someone who simply does research. A scientist is very different to this and carries qualifications. Researchers do not.
November 4, 2015 at 11:31 PM
Anonymous said…”it takes one to know one” and “the pot is calling the kettle black” are miles apart in meaning! Not only are you acting like a 10 year old, you’ve got the education of one as well! GROW UP!

Oliver Canby said…Anon: They mean exactly the same thing: that one is guilty of what they are accusing the other person of. I have a very good education and I act my age. You have been banned from this blog.

November 6, 2015 at 12:29 PM
Oliver Canby said…Alan and Lyle: What “leader” are you talking about? Phil Gluyas? Yes, I did mod him out because he is not permitted to comment on this blog. Lyle, I’m not on Facebook so I can’t see those links. Alan, you’re wrong. That is not what a researcher does. That is what a “researcher” does, and there is a difference between the two. That is as laughable as Phil Gluyas calling himself a “paralegal” because he has filed frivolous lawsuits.
Zexcoiler Kingbolt: So you’re Latino then, huh? I bet you don’t even speak a word of Spanish…..
