28th Amendment

This is the proposed Amendment;

1. Anyone who supports, engages in, or partakes in neurodiversity shall be put to death by lethal injection.
2. The constitutional principle of “due process” does not apply in cases of neurodiversity. Execution shall be carried out immediately following conviction.

The proposer, Oliver Canby, claims that he has submitted this proposal to Maxine Waters, Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer. There is no proof that they have submitted this proposal to either the House or the Senate. This proposal violates the Fifth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments and for this reason even if it did get to the floor or either part of Congress it would be challenged in the Supreme Court of the United States as unconstitutional and shut down as it should be. This page promotes everything that is wrong about the proposal and also promotes the criticisms by various individuals and Oliver’s responses to these criticisms.
